"This event was part of our on-going efforts to achieve wellness, whether that means work-life balance, a healthier lifestyle or just having fun" Teresa said. "And we couldn’t have succeeded without the support (including tent pitching, hilarious jokes, and just plain old T.L.C) of our cheerleaders, nutritionist (Alice Ndong) and trainer (Sam Ombisa). We also greatly appreciate the sponsorship of Lynn Cripe, CARE’s Senior Technical Advisor-Staff Support. Well done CARE Firebirds!  Thanks for an unforgettable experience"

Congratulations to all and to check their finish time www.lewa.org.
